Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room in the South Tower was spacious with a bed bigger than two twin size beds and a stunning view of the ocean. Having a small fridge in the room for drinks was convenient. The service was top-notch with very welcoming and friendly staff, especially towards kids. The location was convenient for exploring the northern part of the island, though a bit far from Naha center. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of food options, especially the Okinawan dishes. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet, elegantly designed but an upgrade to a King room would have been preferred. While facing the sea from the side, the rooms were super spacious and modern. The service was inconsistent with unprofessional behavior upon check-in, but there was one standout employee at the front desk. The location was distant from cultural attractions but excellent on the beach, especially for families. The dining offered a variety of Japanese and western choices.
